My friend wants to post her music online, so she might be able to get signed with a record lable. We found one (SocialCase.com), is that any good? Is there any better? [I will best answer if the site is decent.]

There’s plenty of them. Posting them to as many as you can is the best way to maximize your audience. You may want to look into releasing CDs, scheduling/promoting concerts, etc. yourself though, as record labels take a lot of money from the artist and is increasingly a thing of the past.
Some sites off the top of my head: thesixtyone.com, soundclick.com, newgrounds.com, myspace.com, rithum.com, last.fm, bandcamp.com
Edit: someone suggested iTunes. While, if you can get on there, it may help for exposure, they take most of the money from sales.

Myspace!
many artists and labels have official account there.
then you can add the artists and any labels so that they’ll listen your song, or at least people that are fans of the artists and labels will know abou your band.
