    @OrchidBlossom124 if he is trying to reconnect or get in touch allow him because you can never bring the opportunity back if the time passes… rarely do people feel bad that they tried to give something a chance, but often they cry when they dont…. dont allow him to get too close, make him prove himself to be worthy of your time but dont push him away until youre sure you want to do that.

    my father left my mother before i was a year old, now after 17 years his trying to be part of my life. sadly i feel like his sick,my grandfather did the same to his granddaughters and daughters a week before he had past.

    my father left when I was 5 years old, in my little head I thought ” oh daddy is going for a trip” he never came back! I was 13 when he finally showed up and took me places even that it was a one time a month thing! now at 22 years old I contact him almost every week and we hand out! this song makes me think of the protection I lacked without him! I love him but some mistakes are umforgivable but pushes aside for better times!
