You’re right, some (dumb) people will listen to music just cuz it talks about Jesus. They use flawed logic like, “The 3 men are Christians so this band is really good”. No, this band is really good because the music is thought out, and the lyrics are reflective and penned by humble people. I think DC’s albums in the ’90s are still leagues above most artists today.

@chelseabramos I don’t normally respond to debates/whatever this is, but I’ll make an exception because this is my band. I can separate myself from Christianity and just try to speak logically. Why shouldn’t they get paid? They worked really hard. They didn’t make much money originally, I know that. They worked really hard on their shows and recordings, and they got better. Why should the no talents of pop music get a paycheck when they don’t even write their own material, and not DC T?

@chelseabramos Some yes some no most of the more modern christian bands only make enough money to get by i went to one of toby’s concerts recently 40 something dollars for front row seats versus Jonas brothers like a 1k a ticket last i heard from my cousin so there is an example of one not exploiting it but secular bands are way more expensive as you see =P
