What are examples of American noise music record labels?

I’m considering sending some of my music to them, but I don’t really know any labels. Care to list some (preferably American ones)?
Yes, I have indeed used the Internet a lot (http://fudgecreeper.bandcamp.com/) but I’d love to have a CD published.

here’s one

what is the best way to get a country music record?

I have been doing some singing with some friends at a little studio where I live and they think that I should go solo and go big. But I can’t seem to find a way to get a country music recording label to recognize my songs. What should I do? :/

Can other record lables such as SM and YG interact?

Do they get to interact with each other Like, do music videos featuring artists from different labels and record songs too?

Yes, they do sometimes in fact. It is usually between completely different companies, and it usually is through a sponsored company like for an advertisement or a soundtrack OST.

But, it’s often rare to see one of the big three do a collaboration (SM, YG, JYP). Actually, I don’t think there has ever been an official collaboration between them (except for the recent music video with Heechul & Jungmo).

Companies tend to have such different variations and styles in their music, it is often hard to mesh them together for a good song. Talent wise, they would all be able to work together, but the genres of their respective music is really different.

Live stages are often put together, so those are more common than actual song releases.

What kind of jobs could someone get with a marketing major and a music minor?

My boyfriend is looking into becoming a business/marketing major with a music minor.

He hopes to work in marketing with either venues or bands or record labels. Is that something he could do with a marketing major and music minor? What else could he do with it?

work with a recording studio or agent -

If record labels listen to your music what makes them decide if they want you?

a couple record labels are listening to my stuff and i want to know what they look for if theyd actually consider having me as part of the record label.i would just think your song has to be good, your lyrics, flow, and how you present it.somebody please help…

Lyrics, flow, how you present it, and most importantly: uniqueness. If you can’t stand out from the thousands of other rappers out there, you have little to no shot.

Are you a fan of NEW Kings Of Leon?

I’m a rare breed in that i like Kings of Leon’s older material (youth and young manhood, because of the times) however i also like their new, more alternative rock based music. I was 13 when i first noticed them (16 now) and sure, their style of music has changed and developed from those raw, unpolished, long-haired maniacs we all knew and loved. However, i feel that sometimes a band has to change if they ever want to develop and mature. ‘

Selling out’ in today’s world is ubiquitous: nearly every band will be accused of selling out by die-hard fans for a change in musical direction and, to be honest, i find it small-minded to constantly dismiss a band that signs to a major record label or starts playing massive gigs. KOL should NOT be criticized for promulgating their talents. I mean, the Sex Pistols were signed to EMI for God-sake!

It’s not like they’ve gone all pop-rock on us – they still play kick-ass alternative rock with a fury.

I, for one, will always follow them: though i can understand why some would become disillusioned with their new style.

I love them. Very talented band.

but….my new favorite is Mumford & sons.

A question about music recording studios and breaking into the industry…need help!!?

I am wondering is there a way to get a record deal/ lable and break into the music industry without doing any gigs and any prior trainging. i am a good singer well not the best but decent enough to be able to make pretty music. i am very passionate about music and i sing all the time. ever since i was about 4 years old i have been wanting to be a singer and get into the music busineess and make a name for myself. but i am very good at this stuff just need a little push in the right direction. i can record myself singing and send it to them and i am been doing some research on this subject for awhile now, and i do write my own songs and i am not too bad at that. i do know a few people who can play drums, guitar that can join me if they want to. hope i dont sound dumb or crazy i just really want to see my dream come true before i am too old. thanks everyone.
