This is an original, unrestored Orange Peel record player produced by the Voice of Music Corporation in Benton Harbor, Michigan in 1972. The Orange/White color scheme, along with the white tuntable platter, tonearm, clear orange dust cover, and spherical, white speakers with two-tone orange grills mark this as a quite striking early 1970′s design,

The turntable will rotate at 16,33,45,and 78 rpm. The changer can handle 7, 10 or 12″ records. There is also a manual setting to allow the listener to place the tonearm on the record manually. Controls are as follows: On/Off/Reject switch,16/33/45/78 speed slector, 12/10/7/M changer setting switch, volume, tone, balance, speakers on/off, and a headphone jack. There are 2 RCA plugs for speaker output, as well as 4 screw/spade output jacks or extension speakers.
