this is a legal way to get your music back when it gets disabled

This fair use law doesnt work for every song that is disabled by WMG, UMG, and Sony BMG, there are select ones that they will re-disabled a few weeks after submitting the claim. I would think that the only ones that would get re-disabled are the newer more popular songs. ALSO, do NOT upload music videos owned by ANY record label, your account will get SUSPENDED, so if you did, REMOVE IT NOW!
Warner Music Group has struck a deal with youtube so all your audio will come back by the end of December or early January and will no longer need this to get your audio back, but until that happens you will have to use this.
This “fair use” law should work for all music disabled on here by all record labels.

Just want to let you know that it works in Holland, Europe too. Recently 4 of my 9 self created videos with short soundtracks were blocked. All claims by WMG. In Dutch law there isn’t something like “fair use”, the Dutch law says that when you create something, you are the owner!! Even if you send it to YouTube!! So YouTube is blocking videos in Holland without asking permission of it’s owner!

Unless they suddenly decide to bullshit me around and reverse the law, that’s the only way the bastards are getting my video. Anyhow, we’re helping to promote the band(s). Aren’t we?
